Super delicious corn and vegetable fritters (veggie patties). This is a simple yet yummy restaurant quality food that you can make easily at home and it doesn't take lots of time. It is so perfect for morning tea or afternoon tea. Kids who does not like to eat vege will love this "pancake" too.

You don't need lots of oil to make this fritters. Just shallow fry. It is very crispy outside but soft inside.

In this recipe, we use ice cold water to mix all the ingredients. This is also one of the tips why it gets so crispy. (Imagine cold water into hot oil, what will happened).

Dip with thai sweet chili sauce make it more tastier and yummier!!!

Ingredients (to make 12-14 pieces)
150g all purpose flour
30g corn flour
220 - 250 cold water
1tsp turmeric powder
1.5tsp salt
1tbsp sugar
Corn, cabbage, spring onion, carrot

150克中筋面粉
30克玉米粉
220-250克冰水/冷水
1茶匙黄姜粉
1.5茶匙盐
1大匙糖
包菜,红萝卜, 玉米, 青葱
